Education is a top priority for every member of our team. Our assistants are all cosmetology school students or graduates working toward a promotion to our floor. Our classes are offered to both assistants and stylists. They are primarily held in-house, taught either by Erin & Kelley, or other industry professionals brought in from all over the country. We are proud to offer an incredible array of various class topics, from blow-drying to advanced color technique and corrections, from consultation skills to keratin treatments and beyond. This is never a static environment, we learn from each other and we learn from the industry's newest and best. We expect every stylist behind our chairs to share the same high standard for their work and customer service. We are dedicated to providing the tools to do so.
